Adult Beginners: Rhythm Skating Foundation Skills 8 Week Course [Islington]

Welcome to Adult Roller Skating Lessons!

Come join us at the Westbourne Community Centre (located just behind the small parade of shops)for some roller skating shenanigans!

Our experienced instructor is here to help you develop your roller skating flow with confidence. Get your skates on and come roll with us!

Beginners Rhythm Skating Foundatiin Skills [8 week Course]

Pre-requisite: Students must be able to start, stop, change direction and transion from front to back. Jam plugs must also be fitted - no toe stops please!
You'll learn the fundamentals of rhythm/dance skating with me in a safe and supportive environment.

We'll cover:
• Transitions, Rhythm, Timing & Flow
• Multiple Pivot & Shuffle variations
• Dribbling, Slow walk & Moon Walk
• Barrel rolls
• Crazy Legs & variations
• Snake walks & variations
• Heel/Toe & Toe Grapevines
• Spins
• Heel/Toe Flares
• G-Slide
• Dips
• Simple Routines ...and more!

Note: this course is for 16+ students.
Please bring your own skates and protective wear as they will not be provided.
This course is based in Islington - north london (5 mins from caledionan road underground station.
Where: Westbourne Community Centre, Roman Way, N7 8XF.
When: Friday's.
Time: 5pm - 6.30pm.
