Adult Beginner Ballet Class 'Summer Intensive'

Tuesdays 7:40p and Saturdays 1p

Summer intensive series, meeting twice a week (or any time you can!)

What are you doing for fun this summer? Long, golden summer days offer us more energy and more space to enjoy ourselves! Kat is hosting this series twice a week, giving you the chance to immerse in dance, letting it become familiar, natural, and your own.If you ever wanted the poise, elegance, and grace of a ballet dancer, or maybe you used to dance, and want to come back after a long break, this is your invitation to move, laugh, and learn alongside a spectacular group of neighbors.

No experience needed, just a little curiosity and an open heart. All ages welcome.

What to Expect:
- A gentle barre warm-up to build strength, balance, and alignment
- Center work including flowing movements, turns, and even joyful jumps & leaps (class is customized to different levels)
- Coordination, and body awareness development
- Clear, encouraging instruction at a pace that suits YOU

Dress Code:
