Our adult Ballet class is a great introduction & re introduction to the art of Ballet. Ballet is a discipline that builds strength, posture, flexibility and confidence, Ballet is not just a workout—it's a way to unwind! Engaging in dance allows you to escape daily stresses, providing a refreshing mental break. The benefits of ballet are numerous. In our class we will focus on each person's goals and endeavour to deliver a program to achieve them.
