Starting this September, join us for a 90 minute session, once a month at The Dance Base in Great Yarmouth, for a beautiful blend of grace and precision.
This class is open to all adults—whether you’re trying ballet for the first time, a seasoned dancer, or returning to movement after years away. Ballet training is perfect for:
🌟 Developing long, lean muscle and core strength
🌟 Improving posture, alignment, and body awareness
🌟 Increasing flexibility and joint mobility
🌟 Enhancing balance, coordination, and control
