Do you remember how you used to feel dancing as a child 🩰��Our local adult ballet barre classes are designed for anyone who danced as a child, even if it was 40 +years ago!
Join Collette — for supportive, small-group classes at the Outram Hall, Murrays Bay 🌊. Each session is carefully choreographed with simple ballet technique, using your body’s own resistance (not weights) to tone every muscle while building balance, strength and focus. It’s the perfect stress relief after a busy.
We have availability for our next 9-week term, starting on the 4th of February.
