Adult Art Class: Keeping Things Simple

Ticket includes four classes in March,

Mondays evenings, 6:30 till 8:30 pm

To start off these new evening classes we are going back to basics, learning how to make art from the simplest of means. Looking at the art of Henri Matisse and at Greek Vases, among other things, we will learn how to make impactful images with just two or three tones, and how to transcribe complex forms into simple, elegant shapes with confident lines. We will be painting a range of subjects including animals, people, and still life objects.

These are tutored art classes, open to students of all abilities. A comfortable, sociable and encouraging atmosphere, for anyone who wants to improve their artistic skills and summon their creativity. All Material are Provided, as well as tea and biscuits.
