Adult Adoptee Adoption File Pick-Up & Review

Join us if you are an adult adoptee in Dallas/Fort-Worth or the surrounding area, from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm to obtain your original US child material. Holt's Post Adoption team will be available to support you through the process, answer questions, and provide guidance as you navigate your records in a supportive, adoptee-centered space.

Location: Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center - 1800 Highway 26E, Grapevine, TX 76051

**Building & Room # will be provided via email.

* You must RSVP and have all file request forms submitted to Holt by April 1, 2026, to ensure your file can be delivered on time. 

Once you RSVP, we will follow up with further instructions on how to request your adoption file.
