ADOS-2 Full Training and Differential Diagnosis

This comprehensive training with instructional methods includes lectures, videos, demonstrations of administration, and scoring.

This unique training opportunity will provide support, clarification and practice for ASD evaluation teams. Participants will look in-depth into the scoring and coding of the ADOS-2, analyze ASD diagnostic criteria and discuss how the ADOS-2 fits into the overall autism diagnosis. The optional Day 3 Differential Diagnosis training provides in-depth training and insight from the ADOS-2 national trainers on navigating difficult diagnostic cases. The goals of this workshop are to provide a detailed overview of the ADOS-2, its development, its psychometric properties, and appropriate use and interpretation.

Modules 1-4:  Wednesday, October 20 & Thursday, October 21, 2021, 8:30 am-4:30 pm(lunch on your own)

(Optional) Differential Diagnosis :  Friday, October 22, 2021 8:30am-4:30pm (lunch will be provided)

Prerequisite:  Attendees must have completed Modules 1-4 in order to attend the Differential Diagnosis.  You may register for the Differential Diagnosis only if you previously completed Modules 1-4 or are enrolled to participate during this session. (lunch will be provided)

Training Location:  USD Community College for Sioux Falls, Avera Hall

Continuing Education: A certificate of completion will be provided at the end of the training.
