Adore Your Pelvic Floor

Learn more about the pelvic floor, how to identify dysfunction and what to do about it. Enjoy refreshments and the company of like-minded women. Our on-site experts, Dr. Kristin Henry and Dr. Lauren Block, will lead a discussion that focuses on pelvic floor anatomy and how to keep her healthy + how to minimize symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction. There will be a brief session of stretching, exercises and breathing techniques, followed by a Q&A and social where you can meet our doctors one-on-one. This event is free and open to the public. While there is no admission cost, we do need you to register to reserve a seat as space is limited!
