Adore Me : Body Worship for Women

🌑 The Sacred Women's Container:

Adore Me is an immersive workshop designed to guide you back into your body as holy ground.

When we arrived on Earth, we were given the body as compass — a living instrument of pleasure, pain, and joy. Yet many of us were disconnected from that compass early in life, and with it, from the guidance of our intuition.

This gathering is a sovereign homecoming. Through safe, solo, and sensual exploration, we gently rewire the nervous system, restoring trust in the body as the intelligent way-shower it has always been.

Here, the body is not just vessel — it is oracle, whispering wisdom through every sensation.

Through the aerial silk (the womb), guided meditation, somatic exploration, and spacious silence, you will be invited to:

· Return to Source within,

· Emerge into life on your own timing,

· Listen to your body and track what's alive through sensation,

· Rediscover safety in opening and feeling it all.

This is adoration and devotion — to you, with you, for you.

When the mind is freed from judgment, from solving and protecting, and instead asked to track sensation — we enter embodied unconditional love. A portal opens into true presence, and from here, we remember ourselves as creators.

From this place of deep listening and reverence for pleasure and desire as guides, we become free to create the life and relationships we truly long for.

🌒 The Journey

1. The Womb (Aerial Silk)- Cocooned in your own silk, you will be guided into the sensation of returning to the womb. Here you meet your body as sanctuary, as origin, as sacred ground.
2. Choosing Life, Choosing Yourself- Through meditation, you are invited to emerge on your own terms. To claim: “I choose my life. I choose my body. I choose my worth.”
3. Embodiment - Using your own silk and mat and soft instrumental music, you will move deeper into your own sensations. Gentle guidance will open pathways to presence, vitality tracking, and pleasure.

🌕 Structure & Details

• 3 hr Workshop
  A guided, intimate immersion into your body as altar. Perfect for weeknights, held in-studio. Each participant receives their own aerial silk + velvet covered foam mat.
  This is a solo practice. You will only be exploring your own body and sensuality — not engaging with others in touch.

After Adore Me, Body Worship, you may choose to continue into our next container, taking place each week:
Adore Me — Sacred Touch
A guided exploration of how to safely give and receive touch with others, only after anchoring into deep embodiment within yourself.

🌹 Practical Information

• Capacity: Maximum 6 women per workshop
• When: Beginning Tuesday, September 23rd, and continuing every Tuesday through 2025
• Where: The Living Altar — a sanctuary in Ravenna for empowerment, pleasure, and presence
• Investment: 3 hr Workshop : $80 Donation

Because before you can meet another in truth, you must meet yourself.
Because before you can give or receive touch with the deepest pleasure, you must honor your own skin as sacred.
Because your body is altar — and it is time to worship.

Closing Invitation

This is a date with your body. A devotional return to your altar. You will not leave the same.

Schedule:

Doors open: 6pm

Opening circle: 6:30pm

Arrive before 6:30pm, doors will close and lock at 6:30pm to create a closed container. If you are later than 6:30pm, we'll see you next time. No refunds are able to be issued.

6:30pm-9:30pm: Body Worship

All feelings are welcome here. This is a sensual, not sexual container. If sexual energy arises, you are invited to feel it fully within yourself—to circulate and explore it in your own body. This container does not support projecting, suggesting, or attempting to circculate sexual charge with your arousal. Integrity of the space depends on this. Clothing is optional on top, but bottoms stay on at all times.

Logistics and Parking:

*Parking is free, safe and abundant on the street. There are also 4 parking spots in the lot, off the back of the business, free to use after 5pm.

*The Living Altar is the studio on the lower level of the building. When on 65th street, walk down the stairs and you'll be at the front door. This studio is not handicap accessible although myself and other participants will make every effort to help you down the stairs and into the space. Once in the lower level, the studio and bathroom are handicap accessible.

*Bring a sarong or a sheet to lay down over the velvet mat.

Tickets and Refunds:
