We’re celebrating Galentine’s Day with sustainable style and community engagement! Refresh your wardrobe, raise a glass with your besties, and maybe even find your furry soulmate—all while celebrating you. will be popping up in the courtyard with adoptable dogs and fosters while the clothing swap is happening in Haya's La Galeria space.

Important Notes:
Refresh your wardrobe, sip on prosecco, and meet adorable, adoptable pups from Mercy Full Project, who will be onsite with sweet dogs ready for adoption or fostering, and learn about volunteering.

- Join the organizers and Mercy Full for a cocktail hour before the Adopt and Swap. This is a great opportunity to get to know the visionaries behind the Closet Exchange Collective, Mercy Full Project and future events at Hotel Haya.
6:30-7:30 - VIP Access
7:30-9:30 - General Admission
8:30-9:30 - Shop the Swap Access (No Contributions to the swap, shop only access)

How It Works

As a VIP, you’ll enjoy a true boutique shopping experience with early access to the swap from 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM and a complimentary prosecco as you get your shop on.
Your ticket also includes “The” Bag, our signature reusable tote, and special access to premium selections, including curated picks from our favorite finds. Grab your gals and treat yourself to a VIP experience.

General Admission
With your GA ticket, you’ll gain access to the swap from 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM, where you can refresh your wardrobe by contributing 10 items of gently-used clothing or shoes and taking home 10 “new-to-you” pieces curated from our boutique-style swap.
Your ticket also includes “The” Bag, our exclusive reusable tote, making it easy to carry your fabulous finds. Whether you're upgrading your closet, enjoying the vibe, or meeting like-minded fashionistas, this is the ultimate way to swap sustainably and stylishly.
General Admission Details:

Participation Requirements
- Purchase your ticket through Eventbrite.
- Drop off items during designated times (see schedule below).
- Receive your token ("The" Bag) at check-in.
- Present Eventbrite confirmation during drop-off and check-in.
- Same day drop offs are not permitted.
Acceptable Items
Bring 10 clean, gently-used clothing or shoes (all genders welcome).
Swap for up to 10 new-to-you items to refresh your closet sustainably.
All items must be clean and damage-free
Items will be quality-checked during merchandising.
Non-qualifying items will be donated (no retrievals)

Meet adorable dogs available for adoption and foster from Mercy Full Project and make a furry friend part of your forever family in the courtyard. Interested in supporting the organization as a donor or volunteer? Talk to their team at the event!
Important Notes:
- Drop-off is required to participate in the swap.
- Once items are dropped off, they are considered donated and cannot be retrieved.
- Unclaimed items will be donated to charity, including the bag they were brought in, if applicable.

Why is a ticket price required to participate in the swap?
The ticket cost will cover overhead expenses for the event organization.
Where do the remaining articles of clothing go?
All remaining articles of clothing are considered donated and will be given to a local charity.
Do I have to donate clothes to participate in the swap?
Absolutely! Our swappers are the heart of this event, and it wouldn’t be possible without your contributions. We encourage you to take a peek at your closet and select at least 10 pieces of clothing or accessories you’re ready to trade for 10 new-to-you treasures. For VIP and General Admission, contributing to the swap is required. However, if you’d prefer to shop the curated swap items without donating, our Shop-Only option is perfect for you! For $15, you’ll receive our signature tote, “The” Bag, and exclusive access to shop the swap from 8:30-9:30 PM. Whether you’re swapping or shopping, there’s a stylish way for everyone to participate!
How many items do I have to contribute to participate in the swap?
Each swapper is required to contribute 10 items of clothing or accessories and, in return, gets to take home 10 new-to-you treasures. It’s a stylish and sustainable way to refresh your wardrobe!
What kind of brands are desired for clothing donations?
We welcome all brands! We encourage gently-used, trendy, and seasonably appropriate items that you're ready to recycle from your closet. All articles will be inspected upon drop-off – see our acceptable items guidelines for more info.
I can’t make any of the drop-off options available, but would like to participate in the swap. What can I do?
