Adolescent DBT IOP mixed with Expressive Art & Poetry

Therapy with Purpose is proud to offer a dynamic Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Intensive Outpatient Program designed specifically for adolescents. This program blends evidence-based DBT skills with creative expression through art and poetry, creating a safe and engaging environment where teens can learn practical tools to manage emotions, build confidence, and improve relationships.

Unlike traditional therapy groups, this program integrates structured skill-building with creative outlets that allow teens to process emotions in healthy and meaningful ways.

Participants will build real-life skills including:

• Distress tolerance
• Mindfulness and self-awareness
• Healthy communication and relationship skills
• Confidence and self-expression

Through Expressive Art Therapy and Poetry Therapy, teens can explore emotions creatively while strengthening the DBT skills they learn each session.
