Our 10th Women’s Cycling Series: Clinic & Ride is Saturday, May 11th, 8-12pm @ Gurney Lane Recreation Park in the Hansen Center Our goal when beginning the series was to encourage women to jump on a bike, meet other female riders & try cycling. We offered & continue to offer an educational component, bike maintenance, healthy lifestyle tips & an inclusive community event in which women (& men) support women.
This year we celebrate our 10th year with a clinic focused on “All the Bikes”
Our Sessions:
1- Women & Strength Training: Dr. Megan James, Immersion PT
2- Cycling Perspective & Experiences from 2 Female Riders: Amy Farrell & Alex Kochon
3- What the Bike? Grey Ghost Bicycles and Rick’s Bike Shop share popular bike options, how they differ, various components & all the details to see what interests you.

Our Ride:
It is unique this year & compliments the theme of this year’s clinic with a choice in type of ride… road, gravel or mountain bike. Each group will have a leader & maps will be available. Sign up for the option that suits you. All levels are encouraged to join a ride.
This is $5 for non-members & free for members.
