November’s First Friday, the 7th, will be BunkoJess Gallery’s last. Please come share it with us!It’s been nearly 4 years since we moved on from the Temple, and gave ourselves and so many others a place to continue, to build and grow. We have so many people to thank for their efforts: all of the positive energy from current and past GalleryMates, the artists that hung individual shows, the community-themed shows that had so much participation, ukulele players, farmers market mornings, songwriters that created and performed their art, chess players that ranged from 8 to 75 years old, outreach to the Muskingum County Fair with Agri-Art, and all of the customers that climbed those stairs to the Art & Music space we worked so hard to build.
As for the Spires, we will keep working on our individual art, but as a family – our focus needs to be on Charlie’s amazing growth and on each other. David Mitzel, Debbie Moore, and Ward Mitzel were an incredible support system to us, and Jay and Lori in Weasel Boy are forever friends that made this experience a wonderful chapter.
Thank you all for being a part of it, and we hope to see you on First Friday.
