📢 Calling all adults with ADHD! 🧠✨Living with ADHD often means navigating various co-existing conditions that can significantly impact our lives. Whether it's anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, sleep problems, or one of the many other conditions that commonly are associated with ADHD, understanding how they intersect with ADHD is crucial for effective management and improved well-being.
This event provides a unique opportunity for us to come together in a supportive environment, share our experiences, and gain valuable insights from one another. It's a chance to learn, connect, and grow together as a community.
As always, this will be a small group discussion, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to participate and contribute meaningfully.
