ADHD in Adults; Living and Working with an Adventure Brain
About this Event
An in-person workshop at 390 Social exploring how ADHD shows up in adulthood, with practical insight for navigating work, life, and daily demands. Diagnosis not required. You are welcome if you suspect you might be neurodivergent or just want to learn more about ADHD in general!
ADHD often looks different in adulthood than it does in childhood, especially in work, routines, relationships, and energy management. This in-person workshop is designed to help adults better understand how ADHD shows up in daily life and why certain challenges persist even with strong motivation or intelligence.
Attendees can expect a practical, educational session focused on executive function, common patterns in adulthood, and realistic ways to work with your brain rather than against it. This is not a quick-fix or productivity-hack workshop. The emphasis is on understanding, application, and acceptance.
The session will include guided discussion, reflection, and time for questions in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
Hosted by Certified ADHD Life & Leadership Coach Bri Plyler
