ADHD Connect Sefton Park Picnic

What can you expect?

This is an informal, monthly meetup to give adults with ADHD the opportunity to meet likeminded people in a relaxed and friendly setting. Feel free to come along and share your ADHD experiences, discuss resources & day-to-day adjustments, or even just have a natter.

We'll meet at the Oasis at the Park Cafe opposite the big water fountain at 1pm, and then look for a spot to sit altogether.

Please bring blankets, snacks and outdoor games if have any that you'd like to play.

We'd love to take photos on the day of the group (no close-ups, we promise). If you don't want to be included in any of the group shots, please let Hannah or Jess know on the day.

What time will the event be running?

We will be at the cafe 'Oasis in the Park' at 1pm. Please try and arrive at 1pm or earlier, so that we can all set off together.

For anyone who is not able to arrive at 1pm, we will send a live location in the chat so that you can find us.

Do you need to have an ADHD diagnosis to attend?

No, not at all! Many of our group members suspect they may have ADHD, or are waiting for a diagnosis, and find it useful speaking to others in the group.

How much will the event cost?

Tickets are £3 per person. Any money raised will cover future event costs and any surplus will enable us to host more events in the future!

Please note that you are welcome to bring dogs with you. If you would like to bring your dog, please be aware of other attendees near you and just double check that they're OK with dogs.
