Join us for an evening of learning, laughing, and connecting! Claire Butterfield and Graham Meckling — co-founders of ADHD Central — will be co-hosting an interactive workshop at Indigo Victoria where they'll walk you through four tools designed to support productivity, time management, and emotional wellbeing for neurodiverse minds.Together, Claire and Graham will dive into the science behind why pen and paper work, and why they work especially well for ADHD brains. They will then show you exactly how to use each tool in a hands-on, guided format, with time for discussion throughout.
Your ticket includes access to the full workshop and one of the four products Claire and Graham will be showcasing throughout the evening.
