A support group with a twist! Come and share your ADHD stories, worries and challenges with other ADHDers in a non judgemental safe space, whilst doodling, drawing and crafting together. Bring your own favourite art supplies and sketchbooks, or perhaps your crochet and knitting, and let's have some creative chill time together. (I will also provide drawing and colouring supplies)To be able to run these groups I do need people to sign up in advance so I know when and what to prepare.
