Relationships can be challenging for anyone, but ADHD can add another layer of complexity. From communication difficulties and emotional regulation to rejection sensitivity, forgetfulness and managing everyday responsibilities, ADHD can sometimes leave us feeling misunderstood, frustrated or disconnected from the people we care about.
💬 In November, we're getting together to talk about ADHD and Relationships.
Some of the things we may explore:
❤️ Romantic relationships, intimacy and emotional connection
🧠 Emotional regulation and rejection sensitivity
💬 Communication, misunderstandings and conflict
⚖️ Household responsibilities, expectations and the mental load
🤝 Helping partners, family and friends better understand ADHD
🌱 Practical strategies and lessons we've learned along the way
This isn't a lecture or a formal presentation.

It's an opportunity to connect with others, share experiences, exchange ideas and learn from people who understand some of the challenges we face.
There's no pressure to share anything personal — contribute as much or as little as you're comfortable with.
Whether you're in a relationship, single, reflecting on past experiences or simply curious about how ADHD affects our connections with others, everyone is welcome.
Please RSVP if you wish to attend.
We'd love to see you there! 💙
