ADHD & Art: Mosaic Mindfulness

Slow down, focus, and let your creativity take shape piece by piece. In this hands-on mosaic workshop, guests will choose from three flat-surfaced objects—a wooden coaster, a glass tile, or upgrade to a ceramic plate—as their canvas. Using a curated mix of handmade ceramic tiles and glass, you’ll cut, arrange, and glue your design with guided support (minimal mess, maximum fun).

Alongside the creative practice, an ADHD specialist from Shift Collab will lead a conversation on how art can support focus, expression, and well-being. Together, we’ll explore how creating something tangible can be both grounding and empowering for neurodiverse minds.
