About This Workshop:

In this ADHD 101 Series workshop, we will explore how ADHD and nutrition are linked to each other. We will also dive into the impacts ADHD can have on eating, and learn some practical strategies to help support your and/or your child’s nutrition.

Who is this Workshop for?

Anyone interested in learning more about Nutrition and ADHD, whether you have a diagnosis or not.

About the Facilitator:

Vanessa Mermuys is a Registered Dietitian with over a decade of professional experience in the world of nutrition and dietetics. She combines her own lived experience with her nutrition expertise, to support both individuals and families.

Some areas of Vanessa’s interest involve helping individuals and families meet their nutritional needs, improve their relationship with food, and make meaningful choices to support their goals.

Where to Find Us:

We are Unit 100 in the building.

Go through the main doors and beyond the stairwell is the door to the first floor units. We are the second door on the right. This will take place in our Community Room in our Centre.

There is free parking in the lot. We have a few designated spots for Neuro Wise, but you can park in other non-reserved spots. If those fill up, please feel free to park in a reserved spot if needed, as most businesses are not operating at the time of our Workshop.
