ADF Members and families - Scavenger Hunt, Darwin

Summary:

NOTE: This event is only for Australian Defence Force members and their families.

Get ready to embark on a scavenger hunt around Darwin City! Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or a first time participant, this event promises to be fun, promote teamwork and provide lasting (and at times delicious) memories.

Starting at the front of Lime Café, the DMFS team awaits you and your team, to welcome you to the great scavenger hunt, with clues designed to help you reach the finish line! Adventure through Darwin City & the Waterfront as you decipher the codes. Teams can be made up of family members or other Defence friends. You can go at your own pace or bring out your competitive side, to race against other teams. Upon reaching the final destination, you will be rewarded with a well-deserved tasty treat! Everyone is a winner!

Don’t forget to bring your water bottle, hat, sunscreen and competitive spirit!

Please ensure that there is at least 1 adult to supervise the team.

Spaces are limited, so get in quick to secure your spot. Make sure you reserve your place by 20 September 2024.

Please note: The course is accessible for strollers/prams and toddlers. The total duration of the walk is approximately 1 hour.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Ensure that the email address you register with is accurate as you will receive your booking confirmation, and any additional information or changes to the event, by email.
• If you or someone in your family are feeling unwell with flu-like symptoms on the day of the event, please stay at home.
• A photographer will be in attendance at this event. If you don’t want to be photographed, or have your family photographed, please let the photographer know. Please note: any photos taken may be used in DMFS publications, online or on social media.
• Parents are required to supervise their children.

· We understand that things change at short notice, and so because of our ticketing arrangements, please cancel your ticket if you cannot attend this event by clicking on the link in your confirmation email ‘View and manage your order online. This takes you to your “Tickets” page where you can choose the “Cancel my Order” option to release the tickets back to the event listing.
