I'm super excited to bring this beautiful ceremony to South Australia hosted by my beautiful friend & mentor Paula Darch.

Setting our intentions of LOVE, as we sip the
divine plant medicine of Mother Cacao, I will guide you to the core/heart of your soul to reconnect you to Source Energy.

Please bring yoga mat and 2 x cushions and blanket and water bottle. Arrive at 615pm. Dress comfortably as you will be in deep meditation for around 90 minutes.

What is Sacred Cacao.
Cacao is a plant medicine that is derived by the cacao bean which is a true natural form of chocolate. We source ceremonial grade cacao in its natural state by the Mayan women where the entire process right from picking the bean is all done by hand. No pesticides just completely natural. Cacao has many health benefits.
When used in a Sacred ceremony, where the intention is set, cacao has the ability to help us hear our true self, work through blockages and past traumas, dissolve any pent-up negative energy, and help us align with who we truly are.
Cacao has been used in ancient ceremonies by South Americans (the Maya) for thousands of years. It has an active ingredient in it called theobromine—which can be translated to, “Food of the Gods.”
Cacao is naturally high in iron, magnesium, and B-complex vitamins; which gives it a number of physical benefits, as well as the spiritual benefits it has long been connected with.
Cacao is also renowned for releasing dopamine and endorphins in the body, which soothe symptoms of PMS as well as depression, by boosting our mood.
Cacao contains anandamide, which is known as the bliss molecule. This is the same thing produced in your body when you work out and you feel a rush of good energy. Plus, it helps to balance blood sugar levels, and create more blood flow to the brain; helping to strengthen awareness and focus.
