Join us for an in-depth discussion on the 4 different generations that make up the majority our current workforce. There will be presentaitons by the MN Office of Demograhics, Real Time Talent and a panelist discussion representing all 4 generations.
We'll cover questions like:
What are candidates from the different generations bringing to the table?
How do the generations show up for work?
How are people getting trained to be good leaders & mentors
What have you seen over the years that was challenging for different generations
What are challenges for all generations in technology? Communications?

8:55 – 9:35 Real Time Talent – Erin Olson, Senior Director of Strategic Research will provide data focused research and insight into the current construction workforce.
