Another workshop added due to high demand! This would be the last one before the SEAG exams on the 16th & 23rd.
There is no doubt that exams can be a challenging part of your child’s life. This workshop has been running 6 years and has proven extremely useful for children who sat the AQE and GL exams. It will give them the tools to feel more CONFIDENT, CALM and FOCUS and ultimately READY and PREPARED for the SEAG exams.

This 90 minute session will give your child beneficial relaxation techniques including diaphragmatic breathing, the power of positive affirmations, relaxing visualisations, mindfulness exercises and how to reframe nerves into something more positive such as excitement.
All these skills will leave your child feeling more able to focus, sleep better and believe in themselves and their abilities.
Even If your child isn't feeling anxious, worried or nervous these are still amazing skills to have as they move into Y8 and beyond. Also you never know what emotions can arise on exam day, so it's better to have these skills at hand just incase!

Practice Makes Perfect:
These sessions allow children to learn and integrate these techniques into their daily routine, ensuring they are second nature by exam time.
Build Confidence Early: Start using affirmations and visualisations weeks before the SEAG exams means your child can approach their practice papers and the exam with a calm and focused mindset, boosting their confidence and performance.
-The cost for this workshop is £35, which includes handouts/posters and other useful resources such as recorded visualisations and printed affirmations and a 20 page 'Surviving the SEAG exam booklet.
-Places on group workshops are limited to 8 so as not to overwhelm them but 1-1 sessions can also be booked for children who don't feel comfortable in a group setting.
