The team that gets most of the points gets the “Best Team Cup”

Payment has to be paid before the last registration date to bank account. Transfer fee is always on the competitor side.
Title of the payment has to contain FIGHTERS NAME, CATEGORY AND WEIGHT.
WEIGH IN:
Weigh-ins will be held at the competition arena on two occasions:
Friday, September 5th, from 19:00 to 21:00
Saturday, September 6th, from 07:00 to 09:00
Each athlete may choose one of the two available time slots for weigh-in. Please note that you will be weighed only once.
The fights are scheduled to begin at 10.00
The venue is open at 07.00 on September 6th for all competitors and coaches for registration process.
Attention:
During the check-in process, each athlete is required to present a signed Waiver form, which must also include a declaration confirming that they possess a valid medical clearance allowing participation in martial arts competitions, as well as active accident insurance coverage.

ALL ATHLETES MUST BE ON TIME FOR REGISTRATION PROCESS! Don't be late!
An official obligatory rules meeting for all athletes and coaches will be held at 9.15 on the center mat.
Door for spectators is open at 10.00. Spectators entrance: free
Referee seminar will be held on September 5th. Place and time will be announced.

Athletes must be present for weigh-in when the division is called. Athletes, who are overweight will be automatically disqualified and cannot compete.
No refund of competiton fees in any case of wrong registrations, not showing up for fight or being disqualified for overweight or not being at the registration and/or weigh-in or any other reasons.
Athletes who are alone in a category and do not move to other categories on their own will be automatically moved to a higher category.
August 30th 12.00 p.m. (noon) is the final date for any changes in the lists. To change your division please make changes by yourself at www.smothcomp.com . Final Brackets will be published on September 2nd. A detailed timetable will be announced on the September 3rd.
