A Supportive boxing program designed for individuals of all abilities - including those with Parkinson's, Down Syndrome, and other neurological or special needs.
Participants build balance, coordination, confidence, strength through guided boxing drills in a safe and encouraging environment!
Every athlete works at their own pace with support from registered coaches.
All abilities welcome. No experience required!
