Join us for the Adaptive Athlete Experience Seminar — a powerful, hands-on learning opportunity designed to help you better understand, coach, and support athletes with physical adaptations.
This interactive seminar allows participants to experience firsthand what it’s like to train with different physical limitations while learning practical strategies to create a more inclusive fitness environment.
CrossFit Coaches:
This seminar is eligible for CrossFit Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
What you’ll experience:
• Hands-on adaptive workout simulations
• Education on common physical adaptations and movement considerations
• Exposure to adaptive equipment and training modifications
• Coaching strategies for inclusive and accessible fitness

This seminar is led by Elina Villemure — Adaptive Athlete, CrossFit Level 1 Coach, and Adaptive & Inclusive Trainer (AIT) — who brings both professional expertise and lived experience to this impactful session.
