Participants with neurological, developmental or physical disabilities are invited to experience and enjoy the pool.Each participant is paired with a volunteer to assist in three of our pools.
Exercising in water can facilitate relaxation, increase strength and improve range of motion. This is also a great opportunity to practice communication and social skills.
Classes are Tuesdays, Wednesdays orThursdays between 1:30 & 2:30 p.m.
Session 1: January 17 - February 7
