SJ Thomas is a charismatic Mancunian singer songwriter who began writing songs in the 90s. Known for her unique blend of indie, alt-folk and country, she has since become a treasured member of the East Midlands indie music scene with her sweet vocals and tragicomic lyrics. The early years of her career were spent playing solo shows across Manchester before moving to the East Midlands in 1999. Forming the electro-pop band Mighty Kids in 2015, she signed to Derby label Reckless Yes, releasing the EP Won't You Reconsider the same year. Since then, SJ has played bass and sang in multiple bands, including GodNo!, Grawl!x and ACHB. SJ's solo music resonates with authenticity and emotional depth, delving deep into the devastation of everyday heartbreaks. With the charm of both her music and humour, she connects audiences with the wonky inner workings of her mind.

Paytron Saint are a beautifully brutal alt-rock trio hailing from the hills of the Amber Valley, Derbyshire, England. Working from their own studio HQ, The Chicken Coop, they combine the grittier elements of rock and the unapologetic intensity of grunge for surprisingly soulful results. The band have received growing worldwide radio play for their releases including airplay on and live sessions for, the BBC, Primordial, Frank Skinner on Absolute Radio and were also recipients of a Best Band award from Radio Wigwam.
