Adam: Men’s Community Walk
About this Event
Adam is a community walk created just for men, and led by a woman.
As the founder of Adam, I’m deeply passionate about supporting men’s mental health and creating spaces where men can simply be, without pressure or expectation.
I believe that the balance of having a woman lead the walk brings a different kind of safety: a space without judgement, competition, or the feeling that you have to perform strength. I’m not suggesting other men’s walks don’t offer this, only that this is what Adam offers.
A space where you can show up exactly as you are.
No judgement.
No expectations.
No commitment beyond turning up and walking.
Why numbers are capped
As this is our very first Adam walk, we’re capping numbers at 10 men.
This helps us start this journey with intention, keeping the group small, grounded, and comfortable for everyone attending.
If this first walk fills up, please feel free to join the waiting list and you’ll be the first to hear about future dates.
Join us for Adam’s first step
Book your free ticket, take a breath, and come walk with us.
You don’t need to talk.
You don’t need to share.
You just need to show up.
