Adam Byatt: The Food Behind the Pages Supper Club

For this instalment of our Food Behind the Pages series, we welcome Adam Byatt to our Food & Drink Studio here at our Piccadilly flagship, where he’ll be sharing recipes from his brand new book Trinity.

Adam began his career at 16 in the kitchens of Claridge’s, before opening Trinity in Clapham in 2006. It now holds a Michelin Star and three AA rosettes. In 2025, Trinity ranked number 4 in the National Restaurant Awards, as voted by Britain’s chefs, restaurateurs and food writers, and The Times lists it among the UK’s Top 100 Restaurants, while OpenTable places it in the top ten. Alongside his flagship, Adam runs five other restaurants. Since 2024, he has chaired the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, and in 2025 was named the Michelin Guide’s Chef Mentor of the Year for his industry impact.

Adam is now celebrating 20 years of Trinity with a new cookbook. Trinity: The Cookbook is distinctly split into two parts: a restaurant book and a practical handbook. The first celebrates Trinity’s journey, exploring its philosophy, people and produce through essays, behind-the-scenes stories and over 80 signature recipes. The second, The Trinity Repertoire, offers simple, reliable recipes for everyday cooking - distilling 20 years of professional expertise into timeless, no-shortcuts techniques for both chefs and home cooks.

Books will be available to purchase on the evening and will be signed by the author with a personalised message (unable to allow books purchased outside of Fortnum and Mason).

Please arrive from 6.30pm for a 6.50pm start.

Seating will be communal and pre-allocated.
