Kara has practiced employment law for more than 25 years and provides strategic, day-to-day advice and counsel to regional employers on a wide range of employment and labor law matters. Her extensive litigation background allows her to help employers identify areas of risk and make practical, legally defensible decisions while doing right by their employees.
