ACWD Water Treatment Plant No. 2 Tour - Imagine a Day Without Water

Join the Alameda County Water District as we recognize the 10th anniversary of the Imagine a Day Without Water campaign by providing customers with a behind-the-scenes guided tour of our water treatment plant in full operation. See the work done to ensure the safe delivery of drinking water 24/7.

ACWD and water agencies nationwide support the campaign by hosting special events to raise our voices and acknowledge water's critical role in every aspect of our lives. We want to know: What's your drop in the bucket?

• Please arrive 30 minutes before your registered tour start time for check-in.
• You must register for each attendee. i.e., one ticket per person.
• Parking is at Mission San Jose High School (41717 Palm Ave., Fremont, CA 94539). Parking is prohibited at ACWD's facility.
• All participants must ride on an ACWD-provided shuttle. Shuttle pick-up is at Mission San Jose High School.
• Admittance will not be allowed directly at the gate; attendees must register and ride the shuttle.
• This event is not intended for large groups. ACWD can accommodate tours for large groups on a one-on-one basis. To schedule a group tour, visit acwd.org/tours.

• Each attendee must have a ticket.
• All attendees must be 10 years of age or older.
• Attendees must be able to climb stairs and walk a fair amount.
• Weather-appropriate clothing and flat, closed-toed shoes should be worn.
• A signed release of liability waiver must be provided before your tour. Please bring a printed copy with you.
