About this Event

Patients with cancer increasingly present to emergency departments, acute medical units and general practice with complex, time-sensitive complications. This free, one-day event equips frontline clinical staff with the knowledge and confidence to recognise and manage them in the critical first hours of care.

Hosted by Guy's Cancer Academy in partnership with Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, the day brings together leading oncology consultants and senior acute oncology specialists from across South East London to share practical, evidence-based approaches to the presentations you are most likely to encounter on the front line.
