✨Hi Friends✨You are invited to join myself, Rachel McConville of Rae of Light Yoga, Sound Therapy, & Wellness, and Dr Becca Blake for our VERY FIRST Acupuncture and Singing Bowls event here at @The Common Ground in Festus, MO on Friday May 3rd @ 7PM
THIS WILL BE A VERY LUXURIOUS AND RELAXING EVENT THAT WILL SELL OUT!!
✨Take some time for yourself during this potent and deeply nourishing event on Friday May 3rd @ 7pm
✨During this special and potent sound session you will be guided into a deep & peaceful rest while Rachel plays the Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls, Gong, Bells, and Chimes while Dr. Becca Blake places acupuncture needles on your body to bring your energy centers and yin/yang energy into balance.
??Acupuncture is well known for its holistic healing effects and it’s ability to help regulate and calm the nervous system. This class will be DEEPLY NOURISHING AND POTENT!! ?
✨The vibrations from the crystal singing bowls and other instruments add a layer of amplified vibrational healing to the acupuncture needles placed on your body. The healing frequencies and tones of the bowls and gong are amplified through the needle placement, creating an extremely nourishing and relaxing session and allowing you to release pent up stress and emotions.
??The acupuncture needles are only as large as a hair and most people do not feel them penetrate the skin.
??Participants are asked to wear comfortable and loose fitting clothing so Dr Becca can access the areas of the ankles, knees, wrists, & elbows.
✨??No prior experience with acupuncture or sound healing necessary!! Dr Becca is a seasoned practitioner and will explain the process and provide informed consent waivers for all. ?
✨Please plan to arrive 15minutes before class start time to allow for parking and to get settled in.
??♀️There are props for use such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, but please continue to bring your yoga mat, blankets, pillows, and any other comfort items you would like so you can relax for the duration of class.
?There will be TWO ZERO GRAVITY CHAIRS available on a first come first served basis for anyone with severe mobility issues. The Common Ground is ADA accessible and ADA parking is just out front.
✨The doors will open 30 minutes prior to the event so you are able to get settled in a few minutes prior to class.
?Tickets are $40 and must be purchased prior to the event. THIS EVENT WILL SELL OUT! No REFUNDS AND NO TICKET RESALES will be allowed
