We begin by setting intention to release what is not serving your Heart energy center. As soon as you walk into the door she begins placing needles.Acupuncture will be moving the Chi promoting vitality and health to your HEART💚 And even needles to assist with sadness, depression, anxiety and lung health and circulation.
The benefits for Sound healing include improved sleep, stress relief, it helps your body to experience deep healing improving physical and emotional health and an overall sense of well being. Combining both will be a beautiful healing symphony!
A licensed acupuncturists will place the needles on each person and while we allow the needles to do the work we will move into the Sound Bath.
We will focus on all matters of the HEART💗 Releasing the Sadness Holidays may bring and moving more into Hope And Joy.
We will be releasing and letting go of everything that keeps us away from feeling worthy of being loved, and moving into knowing that We are LOVED
and be opened to receive that LOVE.
