New ladies will be given a most warm welcome!Ladies our Infinite Women sessions in the Wigan area for the month of September will be looking at the topic of Acupressure our guest speaker has not yet been confirmed.
Acupressure is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that involves applying pressure to specific points on the body to relieve pain and promote relaxation. It's similar to acupuncture but uses fingers instead of needles.
You can use it at home by finding and applying pressure to these points, potentially helping with issues like headaches, nausea, and stress.

Our sessions last for two hours and cost just £10 for an hour with the guest speaker, refreshments and time for socialising.
