Auricular acupuncture detoxification “AcuWellness/AcuDetox” is a specific acupuncture protocol that involves the placement of 5 sterile needles in each ear which are retained for approximately 20-45 minutes. In the last 50 years, AcuDetox has been used world-wide to support people with stress, trauma, PTSD, mental health, and addiction issues. Benefits include decreased anxiety & depression, increased emotional well-being, pain management, improved PTSD, decreased cravings, and more restful sleep. AcuDetox is a recognized treatment by the Colorado Medical Reserve Corps and is used to help first responders and affected people through disasters and trauma.
The class package includes the 3-day class, the self-study material, credential fee, a one-year membership with the POCA, and all the acupuncture material is $425 per person.
Class must have a minimum number of students to run.
