Our Acu-Sound Baths combine the immersive vibrations of a sound bath with acupuncture treatment to foster deep rest and healing.A sound bath is an immersive meditative musical experience. Everything is made of atoms and everything has a vibration. A sound bath surrounds people with beautiful relaxing sounds and assists them in reaching a state of harmony within. Pogo will facilitate an immersion of sound generated by bells, chimes, gongs, drums, singing bowls and other instruments. Our acupuncturist will select a handful of thoughtfully curated acu-points with a specific intention. This is a community healing event hosted in Boise Acupuncture Co-op's treatment room with 12
comfy recliners.
