Join Vuori Manhattan Beach for an ACTV Studio IRL on September 21st! Led by Jillian from Hot8, this class is a dynamic fusion of off-the-barre work, bodyweight exercises, low impact cardio, and yoga. By activating small muscle groups this class provides cross training and aids in injury prevention and recovery. Yoga Barre is a high energy class and is excellent for anyone looking to tone their body while increasing flexibility to upbeat music.
