Actor's Grounds" is designed to help talents connect with their bodies, emotions, and creativity through improvisation body awareness.The workshop will help participants to get in touch with their emotions and its relation to their bodies. further, it will develop their confidence to speak up more. Through a mix of of Chekov, Stanislavski, and Keith Johnston exercises.
At "Actor's Grounds", you'll learn to tap into your unique creativity and find your authentic voice as an actor. You'll discover how to use your senses to connect with your environment and scene partners.
Monologues Will be Shot at at the end of the workshop.
The workshop is suitable for young talents who are discovering around and for advanced actors to freshen up their tools.
The workshop is 4 sessions, 12 hours of training. Dates are 15th, 22nd and 29th of March and 5th of April from 2pm to 5pm.
Fee is 80 CAD for the 4 sessions.
The minimum number of participants is 6 and the maximum is 12.

About the Coach:
Ehab Mounir’s first short movie was nominated to the best black comedy movie in the Alternative Film Festival in Canada. He has a strong understanding of the techniques of some of the most renowned acting coaches such as Chekov, Stella Adler, Meisner, and Stanislavski. In addition to his formal training, Ehab is also a talented improviser, having performed in over 50 live shows with the "irtigalia" troupe. He honed his improvisation and Acting skills through studies with Canadian coach Shawn Kinley, Master of Acting Luke Lehner the start Ramsi Lehner and Stephani Jones.
Ehab has performed his first play in Canada “Border Line”, written, directed and acted by him. The play was fully booked and had great feedback from the audience. Ehab is also graduated from “Acting for Film and Digital Media” at Niagara College.
Ehab's success in the acting world came through his portrayal of the character "Akram" in the play "My Bedroom." The performance was a critical and commercial success, and Ehab was credited with elevating the production to new heights. Under the direction of Mahmoud Sayed, Ehab received high praise for his contribution to the show, which was fully booked for two years straight.
