Activists and Agitators is YWCA Columbus’ annual event that brings our community together to spark dialogue, share practical tools, and inspire collective action for lasting change. Rooted in the belief that everyone can be a force for justice, this gathering empowers us to move toward intentional, anti-racist action and harm reduction.We’re thrilled to welcome renowned writer and speaker Ijeoma Oluo as our keynote guest for a powerful evening centered on housing justice, urgent steps we can take to support our community, and a celebration of the 20th anniversary of the YWCA Family Center.
This year’s focus: the $25 million funding gap threatening Central Ohio’s shelter system — and how we join forces to meet it.
