About this Event
In challenging times, activists are at the core of courage and change. They put themselves on the front lines to fight for what is right, and sometimes their mental health can suffer as a result.
In this info session and discussion, Mary Alice and Mara will talk with guests on ways to balance your own needs while still showing up for the causes you believe in, including nervous system regulation, self-care techniques for resiliency, and coping skills for in the moment somatic relief.
Note: Eventbrite controls access to RSVPs for this event and the hosts can't guarantee what Eventbrite does with that information. If you're uncomfortable with registering via Eventbrite, please email Mary Alice and Mara directly (see emails below) to get the link for the event.
Hosted by Mary Alice Reilly, LMSW (https://garneringchange.net/mary-alice-reilly-lmsw/) and Mara Levy, MSOT, OTR/L, CLT-LANA, SEP (https://www.rainbowspringwellness.com/). Email Mary Alice at [email protected] or Mara at [email protected] with any questions.
