Active Social: Crop Swap, Pickling, and Compost Workshop

We invite you to bring your homegrown fruits, veggies, and gardening treasures to trade with others at this community Crop Swap! We'll also be hosting a hands-on, sauerkraut making workshop as well as a Compost 101 lesson. This event brings neighbors together to share home-grown produce, reduce food waste, and learn about our local food system.

Although we highly encourage bringing homegrown produce to trade, it is not required to attend this event or receive free produce. Everyone is welcome, and no one leaves without FREE produce! As a special thank you, participants who bring produce can enter to win raffle prizes.

Recommended items to bring:

• Homegrown produce such as fruits, veggies, and herbs
• Homegrown plants or trimmings
• Reusable bags
