Join us for free exercise sessions for men of all ages at the Colchester United FC Community Stadium! 🏃♂️ In collaboration with Mid and North East Essex Mind, exercise instructors from Therapy Gyms will be leading 45-minute sessions on Wednesday evenings at 5:30pm and 6:30pm. 📅
The 'Active for MENtal Health' project, created with Essex Council, aims to support positive mental health and reduce inactivity in the community.
💪🏼🏋️♂️ Sessions will include circuits, boxing, strength, flexibility, and fitness, and will take place pitch side in the West Stand Concourse area. 🏟️
