Journey into Breath

I will guide you through a powerful breathing exercise to help you reconnect with your inner self and rejuvenate your spirit. This really is a unique opportunity to release stress, increase clarity, deepen self awareness, promote emotional healing and even find a renewed sense of purpose.

Using conscious connected breath and a carefully curated playlist, you will be taken on a journey away from the overthinking mind, into an altered state of awareness and out to deep relaxation. You are in control of the intensity, whilst being guided through the whole session.

With a maximum of 4 breathers, whether you are new to breathwork or experienced, this is a cosy, safe and supportive space that invites you to open your self inquiry and be curious.

Whilst breathwork is generaly a very safe and bennificial experience there are some contraindications which require you to speak with your physician prior to this practice:

• Cardiovascular disease (angina, previous heart attacks, or strokes)
• Detached retina.
• Glaucoma.
• Aneurysm in brain or abdomen.
• Pregnancy.
• Epilepsy.
