Join Mary Janssen, certified yoga instructor for a gentle chair yoga appropriate for beginners or those with yoga experience including stretching and mindful breathing. This is a free event as part of Active Aging Week. The first 100 participants in Active Aging Week Activities will receive a free t-shirt.
This class will take place in the Stonehill Wellness Studio. Enter via doors for the Caregiver Resource Center.
