Activating The Lay Faithful: Being God's Hands in Our Communities
Join the Goretti Group NYC for our monthly talk & social! On December 6th speaker Mariela Gomez will be sharing about the importance & fruitfulness of accepting God’s call to be His hands in our own communities. The talk begins at 7PM with first Friday Mass & Confessions at 5:10PM followed by a holy hour and fellowship at 6:30PM for those attending the talk. For more information contact [email protected]. Mariela Gomez is a member of Frassati Missions a volunteer-run non-profit dedicated to serving the poor & vulnerable through short term mission work. Inspired by the life of Bl. Pier Giorgio Frassati they accompany communities & anchor their missions in friendship the sacraments & expectant faith. They have an upcoming mission in Jamaica in January 2025.
